Terms and Conditions

By securing & booking a course with Sculptured Nail Training Academy, you are agreeing to the following T’s and C’s.

Deposits/Booking Fees:
All courses require a deposit/booking fee to secure your spot in the class. Without this, your spot will not be secured. All payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.


The deposit/booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your course should you abide by our terms and conditions. 

 

This fee helps to cover the following costs, should you cancel/reschedule.

  • Booking Fee

  • Admin Fee

  • Product Cost

  • Staff Wages

  • Operational Costs

  • Designated Seat in Course

Cancellation/Change of Mind Policy:
We have a strict "no cancellation" and "change of mind" policy in place.

We're unable to fill your spot should you cancel and therefore, you will be liable to pay for your place in the class regardless of your attendance.

Should you need to cancel or you can no longer attend the course you've booked for, this is considered a "change of mind" and no refunds will be given. Please contact us via email nailtrainingacademyperth@gmail.com for assistance.


There is no cooling off period as we have secured a spot in the class for you that someone else could have booked. Therefore, once the spot is confirmed with a deposit/booking fee, our terms and conditions are effective.

 

Rescheduling:

We have a strict "reschedule" policy in place.

- A minimum of 21 days notice must be given should you need to reschedule. 
- The course you reschedule to, must be within 60 days from your original course commencement date
or the next available course. There is a $250 fee due when rescheduling to cover the following costs:


  • Booking Fee

  • Admin Fee

  • Product Cost

  • Staff Wages

  • Operational Costs

  • Designated Seat in Course


Catch-up/Missed Training Dates:
You must attend all training dates. However, if you're unable to make it, we can organise a catch up date for you. There is a $250 fee per catch up day due when securing the date. 

- If you miss 1 training date, you will be offered a "catch up" date should there be one available. If you're unable to make that date, unfortunately you will have missed that module of your course. 
- If you miss/skip 2 or more training dates, you will be removed from the class and you will be liable to pay for the course as stated in our policies. This is considered a "cancelation" or "change of mind".

- Once payment is made and the catch up date is secured, all t's and c's are effective. No refunds will be given and other dates will not be offered. You must be available for the offered/secured date.  

Sculptured Nail Training Academy are not responsible for offering students a "catch up" and all fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.

We understand that complications may arise and whilst we give all students the opportunity to reschedule and catch up, our staff and educators are given the same. Respectfully, should our staff/educators be unavailable, you will be given as much notice as possible. Class will be rescheduled and all t's & c's apply. 

Please note: When you book in for group training, there is a possibility of class being rescheduled due to cancelations and other students rescheduling. If you're unavailable for the rescheduled date, this is considered a "cancelation" or "change of mind". No refunds will be given. All t's and c's apply.

Sculptured Nail Training Academy Perth reserve the right to:

- Reschedule class at any given time. Catch up dates will be offered free of charge.

- Remove students from class at any given time. All students are entitled to the best possible training experience. Therefore, bullying or any negative behaviour of that kind will not be tolerated. This will result in immediate removal of the class and all payments being forfeited. A positive and fun environment is always encouraged and all students will be held to a level of professionalism during their training. 

 

Payment Plan/Afterpay:
We offer payment plans and after pay to assist students in paying for their course.

All terms and conditions apply.

By opting into a payment plan with Sculptured Nail Training Academy, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

- Once you opt into a payment plan, you will be liable to pay the full balance owing. 

- Should you need to reschedule a payment or a payment fails, you will be unable to join the class. All payments must be paid up to date when attending the course. 

- Any certificates or starter kits owed to you at the end of the course will not be released unless all payments have been made and the course has been paid in full. Should you wish to pay the remaining cost of your course to obtain your kit and certificate by the course end date, please let us know and payment arrangements can be made. 

- All courses must be paid in full 14 days prior to commencement. 


No Children/Under 16's:

Due to insurance and OHS standards, all children/under 16's are prohibited to attend all training courses. 

Should you arrive with an accompanying party or under 16yo, you will be asked to leave and all payments/deposits will be forfeited. This will be considered a cancelation or change of mind.

Early Arrival:

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate early arrivals. Please contact Laura-Jane to notify of your arrival and class will commence at the agreed upon time.

Late Arrival:

All students are given 15 minutes grace period. After that, the door will be locked and class will be in session.  

If you are going to be running late or need to reorganise your arrival time, please message/phone to advise. We understand that complications arise but communication is key.

Unwell or Sick?

If you are unwell or sick, please reschedule your training course. If you attend and are showing signs of being unwell or sick, unfortunately you will be asked to leave. A fee of $500 will be required to book a catch up day. 
If you're unwell and can't attend class, a catch up day can be scheduled for a $250 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
